We run multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website & more) and there may be instances where the last unit of item be purchased on more than one platform, or the synchronisation software that we use malfunctions. Yes, we will apply a fixed RM5 shipping charge for orders below RM200 in Peninsular Malaysia or a RM10 shipping charge for orders from East Malaysia.
For orders above RM200, customers are entitled to receive FREE Standard Shipping nationwide.
For Express Delivery (delivery within 4 hours* within Klang Valley only), an extra charge of RM15 will be applied.

We ship throughout Malaysia using various shipping partners such as Poslaju, DHL, JnT, Grab, Lalamove or partner logistics.
In store pickup is a service we provide to customers to directly pick up their items from one of our partners. Light2U does not have a physical store, as such, if you require in-store pickup, you will be diverted to one of our partners stores in the Klang Valley.
Your order will take approximately 3-5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia, and up to 7 business days for orders in East Malaysia.
Orders before 4pm on a business day will be processed on the same day and shipped out the next morning. Orders after 4pm will be treated as the next day order. We do not operate on weekends, and any orders received during weekends will be treated as Monday orders. Light2U endeavours to provide our customers with the shortest lead time.

Yes! We do offer express delivery to customers within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya & Selangor). Please note that express delivery will cost a flat RM15 per item, with bulky items (above 5kg) to cost a RM50 flat fee.

No. Light2U does not offer installation services. We will instead refer your case to a third party vendor who will perform delivery & installation services. There will be an additional charge (separate from your product cost) applied AFTER installation by the third party vendor.
